Flesh is bright yellow with a very sweet flavor, nutty and dry. Stores very well.

Healthy semi‐bush 3‐4' vines, whiter and more plump than Delicata.

Very productive and vigorous plant. Fruit have the classic crookneck shape with a green stem. 

Fruit is long and oval with a creamy yellow exterior. Cooked flesh becomes golden strands resembling spaghetti in appearance and taste.

This colorful blend of fun, saucer shaped squash can be harvested at 2‐3" diameter and eaten like scallop squash. Grow larger to 6‐8"+ diameter for a display of beautiful and decorative fall ornamentals. 45 days for Edible, 60+ days for Decorative.
