Extra-long 10" cylindrical beet. Stores well, strong foliage suitable for mechanical harvest.

Harvest as a mini beet, or whole pickling beets. Stores well. A smooth dark red beet. Tops have excellent disease resistance. 35‐51 Maturity for Northeast.

Very slow to bolt. Widely adapted. The standard high quality, open pollinated variety of red beet for fresh market bunching and processing of slices, pickles and whole beets.
