Squash

Fruit is long and oval with a creamy yellow exterior. Cooked flesh becomes golden strands resembling spaghetti in appearance and taste.

The flesh is fine and sweet and has a nice dark orange interior quality. This hybrid is for processing, dehydrating or freezing. Large yield potential. Variable shape and weight depending on growing season.

Very good, edible squash with a waxy patina. Matures from dark green, to blue-green to tan. Fruit flesh is gold colored and has a strong hazelnut taste. Suitable for long term storage.
