Cabbage

Flat cabbage. Smaller and denser than Gunma. Attractive, smooth, medium green head. Very clean, not prone to rot. Very good flavor, tender texture, and even‐thickness leaves. Suitable for early summer and short storage crops.

Pointed‐head, extremely uniform with thin and crisp interior. Good wrapper leaves. Sweet, mild cabbage flavor is excellent for salads, sandwiches or slaw. Distinctive pointed shape presents very well as a mini cabbage. For summer and fall production. Good storage up to 10 weeks.

Vigorous plant with large and dense heads. Excellent field holding ability and storage. Great for Kraut.

Very early maturing cabbage. Ideal for close spacing. Excellent eating quality, tender, crisp and juicy.

Excellent yielding and widely adapted with great holding ability. Works great in the late fall for fresh market, especially in rainy conditions. Due to its earliness when used for storage, recommended for later season plantings.
