Cabbage

Unique flat or drum head type without large central veins. Plants are heat tolerant. Tolerant to premature bursting in the fall. Harvest in late September. Large thin veined leaves are easily rolled for cabbage roll production. Will get larger the longer you keep in field.

Medium height compact, strong framed blue-green plant has grown wrapper leaves. Waxy green round head has short cores.

Medium green outer leaves with white internal color, crisp leaves, and approximately 18" head height.

Semi-Savoy cabbage with heavy yields offering semi-flat, short cored and good textured heads which are excellent for fresh market use. Great flavor. Widely adapted.
